As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue generation in the energy industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the Energy Sector.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including oil and gas operators, energy companies, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Product Development, to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to proactively adapt the business development strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition of Open Artificial Lift's products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends, driving continuous improvement and staying ahead of competitors.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the Energy Sector, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the energy industry, including operators, EPC companies, and industry associations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
